Talking to Brenda the Legal Assistant was like pulling teeth. I don't know for me or for her. She had a mundane attitude about life. A deflated sense of personality. She kept cutting me off when I was explaining the situation to ask simple questions like, "what was the date of the incident". And I had to speak at a dictated rate 3 words at a time so she could type it at 20 wpm. Also when I declined to give my email address the first time she incessantly asked me 3 times.
