Not only prompt in returning calls, but on time for the booking of a service. The technician they sent was polite, worked efficiently, told me all he had done and the condition of my system. Not only that but he packed up my hose, that he had used and put it away for me, so kind.

Engaged Needham Air to first do an inspection to confirm and see if it can be repaired - They weren’t able to complete the inspection due to access issues (height of the unit) and the technician said they would make a plan and get back to me.
