I am really happy with the process of pinpointing injury and their expert recommended plan of treatment. The staff is patient and easy to work with.
My first visit went well. Xrays taken. I am interested in the spinal decompression. First time so hard to say how things will go.
Clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything in detail, including what to expect during treatment and how the equipment works. Dr. Jeff was personable, professional, and straightforward. He provided realistic expectations without any exaggeration or sales pressure. I never felt rushed, pressured, or upsold on services. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic.
The office is very technologically advance and the staff is polite and accommodating. The Dr. took the time to truly explain what was going on and what/how the treatment would help. Most impressive was a follow up text to make sure I was feeling okay and if I had any questions!!
