I called Needham and Heating for a possible leak in my refrigerator water line. Zack came at our agreed time which I really appreciate. He was very professional and was able to set up a good plan to resolve the issue. Zack and Needham Plumbing will be my choice for a plumber moving forward.

Zack came to my house to fix a clogged sink which he did with no problem, but also took the time to talk over some of the renovations I was considering and walk me through the plumbing issues I might run into. I really appreciated that because it was the perspective I needed to finalize some major decisions. Highly recommend.

The first time I used their services was for a huge repair job. Zach did an amazing job from start to finish! Several other plumbers wouldn’t even call me back when I described the issue. Zach responded immediately and did the work beautifully. Most recently I had a big leak from my dishwasher prompting me to contact Zach without hesitation. He came, he saw and he conquered.
