After almost 2 weeks without a shower and being ignored by my usual plumber, I called Zack and he came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to literally remove part of a ceiling & a closet wall - He came out ON TIME as promised, and repaired the bathtub drain and the wall pipes below- He ensured nothing was leaking, and water drained smoothly - I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job - I will be using him again in the future and would recommend him to friends!
Needham Plumbing is amazing! They answered my call, told me they would be there the next morning, showed up when they said they would AND fixed our broken tank chain thing in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, great communication, would 100% recommend. 10/10
Will be recommending Zack to all of my friends and family. When our hot water stopped working on a Friday night, Zack called me back immediately, had me show him video and images of our unit, and came first thing the following Monday to inspect it himself. It needed to be replaced, and he was able to start later that same week and complete the job by Friday. Efficient, clear, and honest, Zack tells you like it is, answers questions patiently, and makes you feel cared for as his customer.
One word, unbelievable! My heat was not working on my Navien tank less combo. Zack came out, diagnosed the problem within minutes. About a hour later we had heat. This is the second time we have used him and will continue to do so in the future
Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase.
