Zack did a great job, showed up when he said he would. I definitely would recommend him to do any job that you needed. He is a very professional person. I will always use him.
The first time I used their services was for a huge repair job. Zach did an amazing job from start to finish! Several other plumbers wouldn’t even call me back when I described the issue. Prompt, Professional, Expert service! I called Zach for a list of plumbing issues all of which he quickly resolved. He is very easy to work with and does quality work at a very fair price. I highly recommend him.
After almost 2 weeks without a shower and being ignored by my usual plumber, I called Zack and he came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to literally remove part of a ceiling & a closet wall - He came out ON TIME as promised, and repaired the bathtub drain and the wall pipes below- He ensured nothing was leaking, and water drained smoothly - I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job - I will be using him again in the future and would recommend him to friends!
Needham Plumbing is amazing! They answered my call, told me they would be there the next morning, showed up when they said they would AND fixed our broken tank chain thing in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, great communication, would 100% recommend. 10/10
