This company went above and beyond. They didn’t just clean the ducts they pointed out a few small maintenance issues with the HVAC unit and suggested how to keep it running better. They even replaced a filter for me at no extra cost. It’s rare to meet technicians who are this honest and take such pride in their work.
We used this company for air duct and HVAC cleaning, and they really impressed us. They showed up with state-of-the-art equipment and explained how the buildup in the system could affect not only airflow but also the lifespan of our HVAC unit. They worked efficiently but thoroughly, and the technician was friendly and answered all of my questions. After the service, we noticed fewer allergy flare-ups and a significant drop in dust accumulation around the house.!!
It wasn't until they removed our coils that I realized how filthy they were. The cooling power significantly changed as a result of the coil cleaning. In addition, the return vents were thoroughly cleaned and sealed. The airflow is now adjusted, and the place smells better.
Our upstairs always felt hotter than the rest of the house, no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. Gabe came to do a duct cleaning, and it turned out that several vents were nearly blocked with buildup. After clearing the system and doing a coil cleaning, the airflow balanced out. Gabe also explained how airflow works in multi-level homes, which helped us a lot. He even sealed a couple of loose ducts in the attic for us. Really appreciated the extra care.!!
