Tom responded promptly to my request for an estimate for knob & tube removal/rewiring of my home. His estimate was clear and detailed. I really appreciated the time Tom spent with me at my home. He was knowledgeable, reassuring and easy-going. He also answered several followup questions promptly. While I ended up selecting another vendor for the job, next time I need an electrician I will be sure to contact Tom.
