Very content to submit a positive review for Needham Certified Welding. The company has many clients, and their calendar is full, but they accepted our project, and continued to communicate with us as we waited. Their office admin was polite, courteous, and made us feel we were an important client, even though the project was small. This year was an unusually wet summer, and that delayed many of their projects. This caused our start date to also slip. I had made four phone calls and each time was told I would receive a phone call back the same day from the owner to schedule an appointment. This went on for over a 2 week period. I had never received any follow up call to schedule my appointment. Clearly, the folks a Needham Certified Welding, Carlo in particular, have zero concept of customer service. Just an incredibly frustrating waste of my time.
