I live in Natick & switched to NB a few years ago. I was happy to leave their competitors and find good rates with the feel of a small service friendly bank. But I'm loosing faith and that small bank feeling is gone! If you go to the Natick ATM #1, the card reader is horrible, your card has to be held just so or it won't read. Its so frustrating ! Needham Bank used to be my favorite bank but they got to big to manage correctly.
