My gratitude for the team at Needham is beyond words. I was having a pet-mergency with my 1 year old Great Dane and his allergies, and every single vet that I called turned us away due to being booked 2-3 months in advance (those vets need to hire more people - thats ridiculous lol). We recently moved into the area and have not established a primary vet, so I was lost on where to look. I would like to thank Dr. Rowe and his staff for their sincere compassion they showed with our Bella and the peaceful way she left this earth. Also the Hersey kisses and cupcakes that she Loved!! It was so hard but they treated Bella like she was one of their own❤️
Excellent first time experience from start to finish. Dr. Thompson was great with our older kitty Mittens! She was very kind and did not rush through the visit at all. The employees were all very sweet and polite. I would recommend Needham Animal Hospital!!!! :)
Everyone at Needham is professional, knowledgeable, efficient & a pleasure to deal with. I trust Hope & Clutch Sefton's health with all the staff at Needham - I would have no other!
