Buddy loves Dr Schaaf and all the staff. And he loves the cookies too. Buddy's mommy also loves all the staff at Needham. They are kind and considerate and truly care about pets and their owners too. Needham has quickly become our favorite vet we have ever used. Thank you Dr. schaaf and Sam and Abby and Jennifer and all the other ladies working up front and behind the scenes. You truly make a difference every day.

My sweet chihuahua that I have had for 13 years had to be put down. Even though my heart feels such an emptiness I must share my gratitude to Dr Rowe and the whole staff at Needham. They were so companionate, gentle and caring to my sweet baby. Such a great group. They even took care of the cremation arrangements. Thanks to all that helped us through such a difficult time and a special thanks to Dr. Rowe.
Everyone is always so nice, friendly and accommodating!! I love all of the veterinarians (especially Dr. Carpenter) and all of the techs!! They take great care of Rudy and myself!
