I’m very comfortable taking my dog to Needham We are seen promptly and all questions and concerns are dealt with good information and I feel well informed when I have to make health decisions for my dog. Being able to have her groomed at the same time as a visit is a bonus.
The facility is large and bright but the care is personal. Our dogs are treated with care and we are always comfortable with the treatment they receive and the explanations of their diagnosis. Instructions for home care and meds are always clear and questions are welcome. We usually see Dr. Gentile but on occasion we’ve been seen by the other Vets on staff and they are all great. We’ve been clients since 2018 and we couldn’t be more pleased.
It was time for our almost 7 year old Cairn Terrier to get neutered. After careful consideration, we chose Needham and Dr Batts and are very glad we did. Moose was his normal self by the second day after surgery, and had no discomfort, swelling or redness whatsoever. We highly recommend Needham Animal Hospital.
The best vet ever. I have a reactive dog and she is so well taken care of and loved there. I’ve never had a bad experience and felt very heard and taken care of.
