Went to shop, they ignored me for about 10 minutes while looking at through a window. Left my details for a call back as promised, didn’t happen

Staff are good and my tint is excellent, nothing wrong with it. Got 20 percent on the back and 35 percent on the front windows. Recommend them to anyone
Deep scratch on window, window trim slashed & broken off razor blade in back seat, luckily my young daughter found it first before sitting on it.
Bought a car privately that is only 6mths old. Previous owner had Needa paint protection done. Needa won't transfer details to my name and wont honour lifetime guarantee now. Disgusting policy and paint protection a waste of time as car already showing water marks after being rained on. Do not recommend paint protection or this company. Zero stars
