Both the owner and office manager are very unprofessional and money hungry. This is unfair to the talented staff and children who need their services. I wish there was an option to give no stars. The one star I gave is for the staff alone.

I recently experienced the worse communication and unprofessional service from Melissa the manager of this facility. She left me a message yesterday afternoon stating that my daughter's appointment needed to be scheduled for 11am today instead of the usual time 10:30am. She didn't have the courtesy to elaborate that the reason was do to the current therapist being unavailable and a substitute therapist was going to come by my house instead. My son has benefited from the speech services he has received greatly. However, it is not fair to him to drop him from services because the clinical director has a disagreement with the parents. That is not only immature, it is professionally unethical. Especially when you talk over the parents, are very rude while the parent is being civilized, and then hang up on them before they can reply. Very unprofessional.
