Caregivers are expected to cancel their child's session prior to 8am on the day of the session. Our policy that each cargegiver signs and receives a copy at the beginning of services allows up to 2 no shows/cancellations within 1 month before a warning letter is sent. Ineffective and unprofessional My children had sessions here twice a week until they both got sick. After two missed appointments, without so much as the courage or courtesy to give a phone call, the place dropped them like hot potatoes. (and I feel strongly that they wouldn't have been so quick to if our insurance had been more than military) Neither of my children showed any significant improvement and in fact have shown more improvement with the once-per-week sessions they receive at school.
