I LOVE NEED SPACE I moved in last month and this place is so clean, access is so easy, and customer service cannot be beat. Having the box truck to move my stuff in was amazing. It was one trip that would have been several with just a pick up truck.
Their fees are cheap due to the owners not paying their the subcontractors who built them. There are a multitude of small businesses who are out $50,000.00+ in construction cost in multiple locations.
I recently went in to rent some storage space and my onboarding experience was really pleasant. In addition, they were running an amazing promotion. I had the pleasure to deal with both Hailey and Jessica who were super professional and customer focused. They were very patient and took their time to make me feel valued as a new customer. The only reason I am giving them a three, because their fees are too much when you're late and I am guilty of that. They don't have a covering over their storages to be a inside storage; fees go up every year. Anything can jump into your storages and other customers can steal your things, like brown grasshoppers jumping everywhere. They got into mines like others customers also, concierges are professional, except one of the manager that I had experienced in the pass at that particular time.
