This place is sorry. They don't answer the phone and no one is available at the Southaven location. And the elevator is down.
No one is ever in the office at the Southaven location. I have been calling other locations. No one can help or provide me with service. This has been going on for 3 weeks now.
10.14.2025 Haley and Jessica has been very professional, respectful, also has gone above and beyond for me so far too make arrangements concerning my storage, I couldn't ask for anything better than that.
