On September 29 I ordered a bathroom vanity top from Needdirect.com. It took until October 7, nine days later to receive notice that the item had been shipped and to get a tracking number. A UPS freight shipment arrived on October 9 with a completely different vanity top than the one we ordered. This inexcusable mistake will cost us another unnecessary delay in finishing our bathroom remodel.
