Really delicious pizza, super thin crust.
This place used to be amazing but it is under new ownership. They have an AI operator taking orders and the pizza wasn’t even close to ready when I went to pick it up (I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready). Also, the manager gave a pizza that I ordered to another customer that just walked in and was a regular. I no longer recommend coming to Ned’s for pizza, unfortunately.
Great pizza, but seriously some of the most catastrophically awful customer service you will ever have the misfortune of suffering through. An almost breathtaking level of indifference and hostility that somehow turns the act of ordering a pizza into a test of the human spirit.
Ned’s is a great lunch or dinner spot and the closest thing to proper New York-style pizza Cayuga Heights has. The atmosphere is quiet and it’s never that crowded. The counter service is attentive and heats and serves by-the-slice orders quickly. I’ve had their plain cheese, and this last time I tried their veggie and eggplant Parmesan slices.
