The dentist is good but the reception staff are incorrigible and rude. When I first made the appointment a week ago I tried to tell her TWICE I had an infection on the same tooth I'd been seen to previously and was in a lot of pain. Instead of checking my records or LISTENING she talked over the top of me and booked me in for an appointment a week later. My experience with NEDS was fantastic. I was extremely nervous about having a tooth removed but after consultation we decided to use the tooth as a base for implants. I used to wear a partial plate with extra teeth but now have four implants and will have as good as new teeth attached pretty soon - no more dentures. I was really impressed with the way that the team talked me through everything that was happening and what should be expected. I also experienced almost no pain at all. AMAZING. BEWARE..... I had booked an emergency appointment with NEDS as my dentist was fully booked and couldn’t give me an emergency appointment this was for a tooth which had broken off to the gum. I was given a voucher which states for an emergency procedure, the dentist did a lot of talking wanting me to make two appointments to do a care plan which is over two appointments costing $680...
