Not sure why they think this is good business practice, but they charged me $500 for a new battery when I originally asked them to check the starter. I had already had the battery tested before bringing it in, but Adam insisted the battery was the issue. Of course, I left trusting he knew what he was talking about. Adam got my work F250 truck in and out quickly for trailer plug repair and oil lube filter. We use it every day so the quick turn around was great. He is also working on my 98 Chevy 1 ton dump truck that has several issues. Will report on that later ;) Work on 98 Chev was done to beyond expectatons. Trunck is running better an stronger than it has in a long time. Heat/Defrost motor now works. Even the typical heavy door sag was repaired to where they close like new! Thanks Adam
