We scheduled a fitting several weeks out for our groom and the guys in the wedding...3 of them took afternoons off from work...they got to the Junction Rd location on time and the place was closed...no call, no information...when they call the east location they said they didnt know what was going on...still no call back from the location 5 days later. Glad we are months out from our wedding so we can go somewhere reliable!
Basically ruined our week leading up to our wedding with shipping errors and size mistakes. Best man ended with wrong color coat and my dad had the wrong size coat. They refunded us for our order, which is literally the only positive thing I have to say about this place
The only place I go for my formal wear, the staff stay on point and the prices? Unbeatable!!
