Very helpful front desk staff, and competent workshop staff. The waiting time for an actual repair was quite long, due to a mix of staff shortages and trouble with obtaining spare parts, and the cost was intense for how small the actual damage was, but I was given clear and reasonable advice along the process, they took care of all contact with insurance, and the result was immaculate.
They have fixed our cars a few times. Always happy with the quality of the work.
Repairs were done properly and promptly. Proprietor suggested a cost saving option which was 1/4 the cost and the whole job was completed in half a day. Our entire family use this panel beater for all car repairs for four cars for the last 30 years. Professional tradespeople and delivery on budget and on time every time with excellent repairs. Highly recommend to use this panel beater.
