They have fixed our cars a few times. Always happy with the quality of the work.
Repairs were done properly and promptly. Proprietor suggested a cost saving option which was 1/4 the cost and the whole job was completed in half a day. Our entire family use this panel beater for all car repairs for four cars for the last 30 years. Professional tradespeople and delivery on budget and on time every time with excellent repairs. Highly recommend to use this panel beater.
Honest with their advice.
Superb service today from reception and from Peter. A bad crease in my front bumper was fixed immediately and I was embarrassed but delighted that I was not charged. I can’t say that I want to use their service too often but I cannot more highly recommend them.
Appalling customer service. Refused to give any indication of when my vehicle would be ready for collection, even when it was almost ready. I think they used to be good a few years ago, but possibly have become too busy and arrogant and have absolutely no regard for customers trying to coordinate hire cars and other arrangements. It is a real shame, but I wouldn't use them again.
