Neda is a consummate hair professional. She is timely, courteous, and always greets you with a smile. She has been coloring my locs for 2 years and the consistency is always spot on! Everywhere I go, I am constantly getting compliments on my color. She blends the PERFECT color combination for my skin tone! Neda has a customer for life!
