Ned knows real estate and Summit County. He worked (patiently) with us to the find the perfect home that met our financial needs. He showed us anything we were interested in, gave valuable insights about properties, and recommended additional properties based on our likes. He also has a great network of lenders, furniture suppliers, handymen, etc. Ned is a true professional and also very fun to tour properties with.
Ned was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend when looking for mountain properties, he knows summit county very well. We only found the place we bought because he recommended looking at the place. In addition to finding the place, he got the seller to come out to the location with limited notice on a holiday weekend.
Being a lender I have worked with Ned and I have worked together on numerous buyer transactions in the past. Ned is always extremely responsive, truly professional, and makes sure his clients needs are his primary focus! My whole team always enjoys working with Ned.
