They are a scam. I called to get an estimate, found someone for a better price and never spoke to them again. I continued to get calls everyday from them and eventually had to block their number. I never had an appointment set up and they showed up randomly months later and we sent them away. A week after that we get a call about a past due bill. Elmer Moreira from Ned's Home came out and performed an expert service. Provided a clear, accurate evaluation and helped with an issue on one side of the house. It took a while for the organization to get out to the house in general (nothing to do with Elmer), but Elmer was amazing. All of your professionals should be like him! Great experience! Rich
