Horrible experience with this company — they said they came out to my house and completed the work (gutter cleaning, window cleaning, skylight cleaning) which I was invoiced for. They only completed partial work, missing a substantial few tasks that I had been invoiced for. I ended up having to call them 4 times to ask why the work hadn’t been done and to keep scheduling them to come complete this work. They never did the full work that was asked for. Professional service. Great clean up
On time and professional
Numerous followup calls were made over the course of a month to schedule a gutter cleaning. Third attempt finally worked. I asked that a bird’s nest not be disturbed since it wasn’t obstructing the gutters. It was thrown own out. The only call I received after the work was to tell me what repairs were needed, along with a $500 quote. A company rep apologized during a call I made later, which I appreciated. I really wanted to rate this company higher, but I can’t.
