Update: Reducing my rating from five stars to three. I feel compelled to lower my rating for Ned Stevens, primarily due to unreliable scheduling and a complete failure to deliver promised services. First, they no longer provide any advance warning before arriving—not even the night before. They just show up. I could live with that if the work was actually getting done, but over the last year, I’ve nearly fired them for failing to perform their seasonal cleaning at all. My husband contacted Ned Steven’s for gutter repair at the beginning of may, they said it would take about 2 weeks for them to come out and the work, they also took a deposit while we waiting. 3 weeks go by nothing, he reached out again and they said they would could come out, never did, a few times the weather wasn’t good which is understandable but on 2 other rescheduling days one sunny didn’t come cause we’re “short staff” said they would come Saturday June 13 and they never showed up no message no call nothing. The 2 Gents they sent did just an excellent job, and you can have them do your gutters w/ confidence.
