I had Neds come out to clean my gutters earlier this year. They did a poor job. In and out really quick. They did not even remove gutter covers. No improvement with drainage immediately following. I reported this to them. However, they obviously never received the feedback since they continue to call me utilizing their AI bot to try and book services. They don’t appear to know how to use their AI tools since they can’t seem to get the AI to stop calling and emailing me! Very annoying and frustrating across the board!

More than a year ago I left a negative review because of the amount of live and automated calls I get about scheduling another gutter cleaning. I told them verbally multiple times to take me off the list. The last review I left someone responded and said they would take me off the list. It's been at least a year or two and I swear I am still getting voice mails from them weekly. I blocked the number but their voice mails still pop up. I had a bad experience last time Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning came by and left a low review. Kristy reached out and tried to solve the issue in return for removing the review. Today i got a notification they would come by again, I called the number that was shared to their texts and the representative would not accept that i wanted to cancel their service. I had to tell him 5 times: "I want to cancel". Bad company as you can see on yelp.
