They did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters and I really like how they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Ned’s to friends and family.
I was dissatisfied with the gutter cleaning service scheduled and completed two-three months later. The job took only 10 to 15 minutes, and the gutters were left full. Despite paying around $300, the work was not done correctly. I reached out another company to find out is part of Ned's Home!!! It is ridiculous. Shop around, you will get better rates. They do not care.
Broke the gutters. Terrible service team - money grab!
08/2026 I have two issues to complain about Ned Stevens Company. First, they don't give you a window about scheduling your appointments. Secondly, the price said, was $244.00 for both cleaning the gutters and dryer vent cleaning. I was surprised when I saw the cost. When I received my invoice the gutter cleaning was $146.72 and dryer vent cleaning was $171.97 a total of $318.69. My gutters nor the dryer vent was not extremely dirty.I will not be using your service again. Thank you.
Do not use this company. From what I can tell, they must farm out the jobs to the laziest dumbest people they can find. They kept showing up and leaving without ringing my doorbell or calling me, stating they couldn’t perform the job because my building is too tall from the front. Well, great, except my gutters are in the back and there’s easy access. No one at the company talks to each other or reads the notes.
