A couple of weeks ago, I had an excruciatingly painful tooth ache. Dr. Greenberg was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. When I arrived, I felt that his staff was very welcoming and helpful. During my treatment Dr. Greenberg was very precise and professional. I would highly recommend him as a dentist.
When I was there 3 weeks ago for x-rays I must've gotten reputation for being a dick. So when I walked in today I knew that they recognized me as soon as I said my name. But I played it pretty cool cause I definitely wasn't going to let them win this. I was there for a veneer (on the same tooth I got a filling on from this office 2 yrs ago). Don't go to this dentist, you'll regret it with your health. Went there as a new patient as the insurance I have is not accepted at my family dentist. I went there for scaling and X-Ray. Before I even got called after waiting there for 25 Minute past my appointment, a family came in and said they had an emergency appointment at 12pm. I 1st came to this place after my dentist past away, all of my dentist patients were referred here. I wish we weren't I never had a good experience. I no longer go there as of this new year. They are slow to see you for your appointment. I have had an appt for 12:00pm and wasn't seen until 1:30. One time I had to leave because the wait was so long. And the reason for the wait is not because they are crowded because there were only a handful of people here each time I came I will never tell anyone to come here I advise agains... read more
