We asked Ned Patchett Tree Care to take a look at our very large deodar cedar tree. They had trimmed this tree several years ago and we were very pleased with them at that time. Our request came due to the predicted El Nino heavy rains in our area. They made an assessment and a bid, which we accepted. They showed up exactly when promised, and efficiently did the extensive trimming and pruning. They brought an experienced team. They worked quickly and ground up and removed all the debris. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Ned Patchett and the NPC team are stellar! Ned is a skilled arborist and comes to every job with an artist's eye. He truly enjoys creating works of art out of the trees on the property I have managed for 10 plus years. He and his team deeply care about the health of the trees. Along with being experienced, Ned and his crew are kind, caring and leave every job site clean. I will continue to recommend and sing the praises of NPC!

Unresponsive and estimates are over **2x** other comparable tree care companies in the Bay Area. I would definitely recommend shopping around and getting quotes from other companies. Edit: Adding in a copy of my paid invoice, as they are trying to claim I was not a customer...

Ned Pratchett and his crew are top notch. Ned is extremely knowledgeable about trees tree care. He was recommended to us by an arborist who has been working in California for decades. We wanted to find a company that will do what is best for the health and longevity of our oaks and various ornamental trees. They also recently came out on short notice to trim some trees that had to be cut back for home insurance requirements.

Very professional, courteous, considerate and efficient. can not say enough good things about Ned Patchett. From meeting with Dan and scheduling service to the day of tree trimming, all went smoothly and my trees have never looked better! thank you.
