Our product manager Stephanie Kosler is such a fantastic member of your staff. Stephanie is always gracious and not rushed to answer our concerns. We have worked with Stephanie for several years now and she is extremely knowledgeable. She makes things easy for my husband and I to understand especially since all things come down to using computers etc.

When I asked Allstate about its new auto plan and if I could get a lower auto payment, Beau quickly looked at the details of my existing plan and was able to reduce my payments significantly. He answered my questions kindly and efficiently, and I am very appreciative of his help and Allstate's flexible new plan.

I called into my Agent Beau to help with claim for windshield. We were very successful, then had to change the provider to another. In the mist of speaking to multiple people was a little tricky to getting a date and time and location. I spoke to a variety of people, but didn’t give up. I called back to speak to Beau next day And was given better options to get through to the second provider.. Beau has a calming demeanor and understood my frustration.
