I would absolutely love to give 5 stars to Ms. Cherron Wilson because she was extremely helpful when I called to get more information on getting pricing for my home insurance. She deserves 5 stars. I also provided reasons as a customer of a another Allstate agency that I wanted to switch to this location and was denied. I even provided the documentation needed by corporate. I can’t say enough good things about this company and its staff. They went to bat for me when I really needed help. Underwrote me properly and the price was right!! Very responsive to my needs. Our product manager Stephanie Kosler is such a fantastic member of your staff. Stephanie is always gracious and not rushed to answer our concerns. We have worked with Stephanie for several years now and she is extremely knowledgeable.
