Angel Caballero at the Ned Loyd Allstate Agency is one of the best insurance agents I have worked with in my 50 years of doing business. He went out of his way to underwrite a difficult situation where I had been turned down by all other agents I had contacted. Angel was professional, courteous, friendly and effective. the BEST thing I did was to go ahead and get a quote from Wendy Hook. I was convinced I was with a very good insurance company who was comparable to others. However, there was a BIG difference in what they were charging me compared to Allstate numbers!! I am saving almost half of what I was paying and it was an easy decision to change companies. Wendy Hook is professional, caring about helping you get better rates and easy to work with. Her base of knowledge was extensive and helpful.

For almost a decade, Angel Caballero has given me solid advice on coverage options and made it easy to manage multiple policies. When I need to add, change, or delete a policy because I’ve sold a vehicle or piece of property, I simply call Angel and he takes care of it. Even when I ask what is probably a stupid question, he’s professional, kind, responsive, and always patiently explains details without rolling his eyes. I’ve had a great experience working with him!

My mother spoke with Wendy Hook at Ned Lloyd's Allstate and she provided excellent customer service. Very respectful and courteous. Every associate we have dealt with at Allstate has always been top notch.
