Went today for a full body massage had therapist maeve, THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!! Her professionalism was outstanding and she ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout!! Will highly recommend her and will definitely be back soon!!!!
Normally I would say fantastic as I have been here many times but today my experience wasn't great i had a appointment which I could not attend due to my husband going to hospital emergency at Liverpool so I called at 9.50 the appointment was for 10 I understand it's not much notice but I was not able to call as you don't open till 9 but the rudeness i experienced by Chris when I called was inappropriate it was not my intention to miss the appointment but it was out of my control I would have appreciated a little more compas... read more
