Marina was fantastic. I had no idea what to expect as I booked online. The environment was calm and with low lighting, my brows were shaped perfectly, and my nails are healthy and glowing a day later. Did a brow wax and an executive manicure with no polish. Will return again!
I was looking for an independent beautician that I could trust & visit as a regular customer, as I like to support small business owners. The service I received was generally okay. But Marina didn’t seem too concerned about meeting some basic comfort needs, like with having the room warm, I was way too cold for the whole hour. Also, she was more interested in the upsell of her products, I didn’t come out feeling good like I visited a beautician, I had the total opposite feeling.
Excellent service as usual!
