Stopped in this morning to grab a cartridge and was met with exceptional customer service by Lou. He started by cleaning my vape battery that was a mess from a previous cartridge I bought from Kaleafa. Lou then patiently talked me through some options by asking me some questions about my preference and price range. I only came in for a cartridge, but also purchased an edible after finding out they were cheaper here than at Kaleafa. This was my first time in this store, but surely won't be my last.
