Muy buena la atención de la Doctora y su asistente. Pero pésimo el servicio para ordenar los anteojos, demasiado tiempo para entregar los mismos. Son incompetentes
Don’t expect a call back. An AI assistant will answer the phone and tells someone will reach out to schedule an appointment but no one ever calls you back. This change is very unprofessional and disappointing as my family and I used to come here all the time. So if you’re trying to book an appointment save yourself the frustration, the time and look elsewhere.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I work in healthcare and I have never seen anything like it. I have been going to this place for years, but now the current staff is rude, unpolished, and unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone, after an eight-minute wait with the AI answering service, was so rude and untrained that she hung up on me while I was still talking. Please don't go here.
No one answer the phone. All the time is a machine answering taking messages. Don't like the service they are providing now making more difficult for patients .
The Doctors are all very professional and polite. Wouldnt change it
