I am leaving a 1-star review due to serious concerns regarding the hygiene standards at this practice. During my visit, it was clear that the sheets and the towel on the headrest had not been changed since the previous session. In a clinical environment, basic sanitation is a requirement, and the lack of fresh linens is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
Dr Michael is a magician! I’ve been searching for a resolve to a muscle issue for 3 years. I’ve been to physio, massage, specialists, etc. without success. Enter Dr Michael - after only 1 visit I had noticed a significant improvement in function, strength, comfort, etc. Dr Michael is my MVP this year. Thanks Doc! Do yourself the favour and see Dr Michael!
