I have to give a 3 star review as the accessibility into the clinic is very difficult for seniors with disabilities. The ramp to get to the front door is very long. My senior mom had to stop twice as her legs were in so much pain, and she was out of breath. Once we reached the entrance, there was no option to place shoe covers over my moms footwear. My husband and I went in to get him new dentures. It was 20 or so years since his one and only set. We rang the bell and went inside. Bright, beautiful, welcoming and we only got through the door. We make our way to the desk and we were welcomed. Smiles, warm greetings. We felt like we belonged. Filled out the necessary paperwork, everything was explained to us in detail. No need for guessing.
