Let me just say — visiting Nechako Optometry was like stepping into a realm where retinas rejoice and corneas throw a party. The staff? Unbelievably welcoming, like a spa day for your soul. Every single person I encountered there was beyond amazing. From booking my appointment to my optometrist, and everyone in between. I highly recommend and absolutely will be going back there for any eye care needs.
The staff all go above and beyond. Great experience.
The eye exam was great and Dr. Greydanus was down to business but still personable with a decent bedside manner. And the nurse (Holly) that took the initial scans was very kind and sweet. I really appreciated not having to get my eyes dilated for the exam as well. See you next year!
Well i must be honest ,i am still waiting for my glasses 2 weeks in,,was told another week? the lady that i spoke to was rather rude to me , i was trying to make my case of not being told of a delay in my order ,but she would have none of that ,and called my rude..for asking questions about my glasses ,,i was never informed about my order ,,and when i inquire about it ..iam rude..?? do yourself a favour ..and go some where else ,,as they treat you bad ..as a customer ..and dont care about you at all ..
