Very disappointed after my granddaughter's eye exam. Never been to Nechako Optometry before and was not asked any history. She has many medical problems. She had been asked by her medical doctor to have an eye exam to check for Kayser Fleischer ring for Wilson's disease. This was relayed to the receptionist as well as the optical assistant and she still had to ask the optometrist if he had checked at the end of the exam. It was such a breath of fresh air after having a not-so-great experience at another optometry office. Every person who helped us, from start to finish, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The doctor was efficient, thorough, and made both of my kids feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire experience was positive, easy, and seamless for both of my children. We’re so happy we chose this office!
Every person was awesome to deal with. Would highly recommend checking them out knowledgeable people with the right products to help you see and look your best.
They are always friendly and efficient. You need to allow lots of time for the full assessment but they do a very professional job. I also wasn't rushed when choosing lenses and frames for my complicated vision.
