The doctor was great. Dr. Logan explained what we were doing and why. The staff seemed friendly and kind, upbeat. When I returned a week later to pick up my glasses though I was greeted like an intruder, arms folded across chest, a cold expression and a very brusque 'can i help you?' But the overall attitude was 'you don't belong here. When I explained why I was there, the expression did change but the friendliness I had experienced on my buying visit was gone. Dont worry about arriving on time, you'll be waiting in the waiting room anyway. Asked to show up early for appointment, we did, and over 30min of waiting in a waiting room, still haven't even been looked at
My experience today with Kelly Robertson was excellent. Her expertise was so helpful. She was very friendly and I would recommend and deal with her again.😀
Thank you to the kind lady who repaired my glasses today. The arm on my glasses was bent out of shape. She was like magical. She repaired them, checked the fit and the glasses are pretty much perfect again. Thank you for your kindness and help. Greatly appreciated!
