Austin was the best mechanic I have ever dealt with and will be back if I need them
Told us he would be out in 40 mins. Our driver called Necessary Truck Repair to ask if he could instead meet him at the truck stop since our driver was having brake issues and we were told it would be an extra $60 even though it was only an 8 miles difference and mechanic still had not showed up. We said the extra $60 would be fine. 2.5 hours later, still no show and doesn't answer calls or txts. Not a good way to do business.
Great service. Came out quick.
My Man Austin Tech came out and did a fantastic job Roadside Service Job on my Trailer had me up and back running in no time 👍👍👍
