My experience with NECA’s online store has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order based on the estimated processing and shipping timeframe provided on their website. After waiting well beyond that estimate, I contacted customer service requesting either that my order be shipped immediately or that I receive a refund. Horrible Customer Service. Dont do pre-orders or direct from their website. You have been warned. They should fire the head of customer service and the entire management staff.
Their customer service department is terrible. They keep screwing me over on limited edition figures. They'll take your money and then not refund you. Then you won't get what you paid for and they will refuse to help you. They won't make it right either. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
I ordered an item and waited about six months. I had two items in my order one which shipped and made it to me and the other was canceled without my knowledge when I reached out, they told me that they would have to issue me a refund after a few back-and-forth emails over the course of a month then, when I reached out again, they told me they located the item and would ship it out. Chrystal is the worst rep. They took 2 months to not ship and it and it's been 3 weeks now and keep getting told my refund is being processed. Avoid this company. It's a complete scam.
