The quality each year is getting worse and worse and the customer service is atrocious. I paid $200 for a diorama from neca and it's completely useless as much of it doesn't fit or live up to put holes. I can't even display it and I've gotten no help what so ever and at this point I doubt I will be helped. Considering selling everything neca as now I'm afraid to even open what I still have boxed!

The worst customer service around and they take months to ship items they have in stock. If you really want something they have and you want it sooner then later pay the scalpers price.ill never order directly from these clowns again.
