Bought a part for my hydro machine and never received it. SCAM! Don't waste you money.
I purchased a aqua facial from them. Buyer beware! I received the wrong machine, I also received it broken. This company is now called Medcinik. They will not make it right. They won’t respond back either. Save your money. Do not buy from them. All there machines are made in china. The quality is bad. Their customer service is not good either. I don’t like to write bad reviews but they deserve to learn from this and be better in their customer service.
This Company has the 12 in one Beauty machine, I had bought back in November of 2021, the machine has now been sold to someone else without reimbursement to me. The machine plus shipping was 2888.00 in CAD. I have asked for a refund or just to be paid back for a machine that I paid for. So I’m now out a machine and money. 2888.00 in CAD is a lot of money for someone not working anymore because they don’t have a machine to work with.
