Worst Customer Support Ever. I call 214-262-6000 and get a new number to call. I call 800-365-1928 and its nobody but a voicemail. I find 877-747-6632 on their website and they tell me I have to call ANOTHER NUMBER. I call 800-777-6290 and leave a call back number. I get a call back and an engineer helps me for 2 minutes then puts me on hold for 10 minutes! To top it all off he hangs up on me. So what can I do? call 800-777-6290 and pray somebody will help me this time....
