Owner First, these claims are false. Tom Betty (now in federal prison on felony child abuse - he might get out in Sept. 2011). He has also served federal prison time for drug possession and trafficking. I am Mark Rosenberg, the sole owner now of Nebula Lighting. I was the one who filed charges against Tom Betty who committed fraud, embezzlement and theft. Tom Betty lost his portion of the business to me in a civil action in 2008 (public record).
