Just found out I was ripped off. I went in to have my wheel bearings replaced. As a former mechanic I know when it's a wheel bearing. They decided instead of doing just the wheel bearing, that they would replace the entire hub as well. They very next day they sounds of a bad wheel bearing was still there. Was told for months the wheel bearing was fine. Just found out from another shop they did change the hub but used the bad bearings because they were particularly seized. Did shoddy work, lied to customer about it and didn't return communication regarding the same repair needing to be done within only a few months after they had made the repair. Other shop vehicle was taken to for the repair to be redone noticed and informed customer of the fact that specific parts were not replaced along with the rest resulting in the same issue in the first place.
This is what you get with Nebraskaland tire. They damaged my wheel and lug nuts while doing a tire rotation. First 2 pictures are my wheel they damaged and the remainder of the pictures are the wheel they sent as a replacement. The wheel looks like it had a grinder with a wire wheel taken to it and not protected in anyway when packaged. The wheel was trash before it ever shipped and they couldn’t care otherwise. Wrong wheel, used wheel, damaged wheel. Take your vehicles elsewhere, atleast if you care about them.
Took my ford superduty in to have the tires rotated. The tech in the back damaged every lug nut on the truck as well as the wheel. Initially I paid to have 8 lug nuts replaced assuming the lug nuts were just swollen (decorative caps on oem superduty lug nuts) after leaving the shop I discovered all the remaining oem lug nuts had been damaged as well as my wheel. Don't keep there word,took a vehicle to get its tired replaced and made a agreement for the work to be done now and paylater,and the tire was not replaced
