I went for diagnosis/repair for an oil leak, and was penciled in for an hr. After 2 hrs I was told they needed a part. After 5 hrs I called to ask mgr when my vehicle would be ready. He blew up at me. I have never had a service person speak to me in this manner. When I did get my car back, the oil light was on within a mile, so I drove back. Great people! Very accommodating!
The nice bearded gentlemen took great care of me! They were both efficient and polite. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me. I will be coming to this location for all of my future tire needs.
