UPDATE: After some negotiation Nebraskaland did refund the cost of both repairs. I have been made whole, and am satisfied. I went for diagnosis/repair for an oil leak, and was penciled in for an hr. After 2 hrs I was told they needed a part. After 5 hrs I called to ask mgr when my vehicle would be ready. He blew up at me. I have never had a service person speak to me in this manner. When I did get my car back, the oil light was on within a mile, so I drove back. They now diagnosed an antifreeze/radiator leak (which wasn't th... read more

They got me in very quickly and were extremely kind! Vern was the main one who helped me, and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family! As a district manager myself, I wish I could find more people who treat their customers the way Vern does.
