Final update: my F150 is ruined after this. I was told that the employees that worked the day my oil change was done did NOT change it. I thought it was odd that it was THAT quick but i didn't listen to my instincts. The cam phasers are toast, they started rattling and the misfires srarted about a month after i was able to rechange the oil and new filter. Nebraska land should be held accountable for this. Went in to get two tires and an ailment, dropped the van off. Got a call a few hours later telling me I need $2,500 worth of work done. Back brake pads and routers...they weren't squeaking or grinding so I know I can get more time with them. Then was told my arm control was broke. Mine you I drove it there, I live an hour away. The van drives straight, does not pull but the front tires were worn in the middle. They said I couldn't get the ailment until the control arm was fixed and shouldn't drive it. I went and got it.
