They were rude and they can lose the attitude they need better customer service
Stopped into their broadway shop at 1:45 pm today (Saturday 6-14-25) to simply get a tire patched. It was already off of the vehicle even. I was turned away because they closed soon. Terribly disimpressed. The guy at the counter offered no help whatsoever and showed zero care for my issue of NEEDING a tire fixed today. He couldn’t even be bothered to tell me another place I might have better luck. I will not be back nor will my family with any of their personal vehicles or our farming equipment. Heard bad experiences there, not going there!
I came to get a trailer tire changed at 11:50 am They supposedly work until 12 pm on Saturdays. The total bill was $580 — $150 for a used tire, $59 for labor, and the rest was supposedly for “after hours” work, even though I came to them myself. Very interesting pricing… Obviously, I just left and kept going.
