Recently on a long road trip from Colorado to Wisconsin, it was late evening on I-80, roughly 10 miles from North Platte, and my pickup truck hit metal debris on the highway - puncturing my front right tire. They can not do oil changes at 930 Saturday morning because they don't have enough mechanics even though there were only two vehicle there ahead of mine and I was willing to wait but I guess business is booming so you can turn it down.
Bill and his stellar service men are a world class organization. Bill treats you respect, honesty, and always gives you options for repairs as far as what each type of repair will give you as a result of that service. I would never take my car anywhere else. He’s better than most of my doctors and I have MS. With Bill I am in totally control as far as the destiny of my vehicle is concerned. He asks before he repairs. That is so refreshing. This store sets the high bar for service excellence. Willie and Tim went above and beyond to accommodate my needs when I blew out my transfer case passing Goodland on I-70. Tim's knowledge and expertise in doing the repairs was supreme. This is waaaay more than just a tire shop!
Brought three vehicles in for oil changes,(which includes oil change topping off fluids and tire balance and rotation) My mini van came back with two Qts to much transmission fluid, and missing the valve stem caps, The jeep came back One Qt over on oil, and One Qt over on transmission fluid and missing specialty valve stem caps and no sticker on the windshield on the next oil change, The truck came back with One Qt over on oil, Two Qts over on transmission fluid,and no wiper fluid refill on any vehicle...........I talked wit... read more

they have free tire rotation And friendly. I have a performance chip in my truck and I told them that they need to wait for the fuel pump to shut off before starting ans they nicely did that!! free tire rotaion is amazing
