This registered agent was fine for a year. However, in 2024, Nebraska Registered Agent instituted a policy in which they charge clients $70 extra, without the client's approval, for federal compliance filings (which are free for the client to do) that the client didn't request. In other words, you need to opt out of this $70 upcharge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I spoke with Abby Anderson on the phone to inquire about the different services and costs. Not only did she give me a full break down of the services, but even mentioned a business presence package that was relatively new with the breakdown of the costs for it. How it would not only solve and/or circumvent some of the common issues of establishing an LLC.
