When CEO Tom Kent allowed the sweetheart land deal for two of his sweetheart executives, he diminished the service of rank and file employees. People will wonder if the lineman or installer are on the take. The next time you and the crew get a less than friendly welcome when you sit down at the local cafe..you will wonder if they think YOU are on the take and get a share of the bosses's corruption.
Tremendously terrible infrastructure. Have been waiting 4 plus hours for power to be restored. 5.19.2025 12:45 am.
I am so disappointed in this sad excuse for a utility company. Power outages are nothing to laugh at. But I feel like this company in particular has some of the worst forethought and leadership to date. Fix the infrastructure problems! I will be reaching back out asap to seek recompense, you absolutely gouge your customers and yet you expect us to wait 4 plus hours for power ?
Baffles me that they can’t even bill correctly, when I tried to pay today from a personal bank account they continued to tell me they didn’t receive payment despite having bank statements that state otherwise. I don’t think i have had nearly as much trouble with other utilities. I really hope they correct the problem. because I’m not sure how any of their “billing department “ could let something as important as a payment go under their radar… if I could choose 0 stars I would. Do Better
