It’s like trying to break into Ft Knox to get anything done on the customer service end. I had to go in person, my renter had to go in person, I had to call, he had to call just to PAY A BILL!! (4 attempts!) You call the 877 number on the phone and have 5 minutes of prompts to just get to the menu. They need to overhaul everything. I used to have RPPD. They’re cheaper and way better in every way.

When CEO Tom Kent allowed the sweetheart land deal for two of his sweetheart executives, he diminished the service of rank and file employees. People will wonder if the lineman or installer are on the take. The next time you and the crew get a less than friendly welcome when you sit down at the local cafe..you will wonder if they think YOU are on the take and get a share of the bosses's corruption.

Tremendously terrible infrastructure. Have been waiting 4 plus hours for power to be restored. 5.19.2025 12:45 am.

I am so disappointed in this sad excuse for a utility company. Power outages are nothing to laugh at. But I feel like this company in particular has some of the worst forethought and leadership to date. Fix the infrastructure problems! I will be reaching back out asap to seek recompense, you absolutely gouge your customers and yet you expect us to wait 4 plus hours for power ?
