Saw Dr. Garrett Schultz 9-2024 for a root canal. I have continued with issues with this tooth and was referred back to this office for evaluation at my recent general cleaning. I spoke with Allie there 8-13-25 and was verbally told "Dr. Garrett Schultz was let go from this office and there will be a charge for the office visit to see Dr. Haffey and by the way we no longer take Delta dental."
