Refuse transport to the ER here at all costs, the place is so unorganized, and unprofessional. After the initial test they put us in a busy hallway and ignored us for hours, they wanted to do the same scans again, when we refused the previous test magically worked. Doctors didn't bother reading, or the charts were never updated so they tried to do the same treatment twice. We had to fight to get a bed pan to use in the busy hallway, asking repeatedly over an hour before we were finally brought one. When we were finally read... read more
I was actually prescribed a medication that was on my allergy list (not just on the list I told them verbally numerous times as well. How dangerous and careless! You can also hear the ER staff talking shit on some patients. And is it just me or is it extremely annoying when youve been in the waiting room for forever and you see 5 people just standing behind the desk bullshitting, laughing, eating ect. Isn't there work to be done to get the patients in quicker?

I've never had a kidney stone or uteral stent before but the staff were not very helpful or kind. I don't plan on using them again if I can help it.
I attended a couple of visits with my non-english speaking mother. He barely acknowledged her. First visit, he complained the entire time about computer charting. Didn't really speak about her conditions or her treatments, just said she needed eye injections. Didn't offer to tell us what side effects we are to expect. The second visit, he barely came into the room. He stood at the door- spoke w/ the fellow who did most things, didn't even say hi to us. Then, out the door he went. The poor fellow was super nervous, I could te... read more
I have received the most impressive care from Dr. Martin Worrall treating my macular degeneration. For the first time, I have little or no pain after the procedure. He is excellent at keeping me informed about my test results and future options. My appointments have been efficient with no time wasted.
